How to Earn Points

Get a head start with 15 points just for creating a new account. To sign up, click on "Account" at the top right corner of the screen if you are on a computer or at the bottom when using our app. Click "Sign Up" on the pop-up screen, enter your email address, and create a password. A confirmation link will be sent to your email to verify it.

Once registered, when you sign into your account and place your order, your points will be automatically credited to your account. Remember, points are valid for one year before they expire, so be sure to use them!

You can also earn points by engaging with us on social media—like us on Facebook or follow us on Instagram. Please note that points can't be applied to previous orders, so be sure to sign up before placing your orders.

How to Use Your Points

The first step to using your points is to log into your account to check your points balance.

On a computer, after logging in, look for a star icon in the bottom right corner. If you can't find it, discover the Titanbyte Points tab under the main menu in the explore section. This is where you can view eligible discounts and redeem your points.

If you are using the Titanbyte Technologies App, you can see your points under "Account." However, points redemption can only be completed in a web browser. After obtaining your discount code, use it like a gift card at checkout.

Redeeming Your Points

To redeem your points during your next purchase, log into your account and open the star icon. It will display your available points. Click the "Ways to Redeem" button, which clarifies that 100 points equals R1. Then, click "Redeem" to choose how many points you wish to use.

After selecting the number of points to redeem, click "Redeem," and a discount code will be generated. Copy this code to paste it during checkout or click the "Apply Code" button.

If you forget the code before checkout, simply open the star icon again and click "Your Rewards" to retrieve your coupon code.

Applying Your Discount Code

On a computer during checkout, locate the discount code entry area on the right side of the screen. Type or paste your code there and click "Apply." A notification will confirm that your code has been applied, showing the details of the discount received.

On mobile devices, tap "View Order Summary" at the top of the screen to open a popup where you can apply your code.

Important Notes

Please remember that points cannot be applied to previous orders and cannot be combined with other discounts.
