Titanbyte Technologies Satisfaction Guarantee

To ensure that our customers receive the best possible user experience, we offer a voluntary manufacturer's Satisfaction/Happiness Guarantee (hereinafter the “Satisfaction Guarantee”) for all Titanbyte products purchased online directly from titanbyte-techno.co.za.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase and receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery costs).

Please note: The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to defective products. If a product is clearly defective, please return it to the place of purchase as a normal complaint or contact our customer service.

The Satisfaction Guarantee applies only in cases where the product has no clear technical or other defect, but does not meet expectations and is therefore returned.

Terms and Conditions of the Satisfaction Guarantee

  • The original purchase receipt is required.
  • The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to products without a clear proof of purchase, such as items obtained with bonus points, gift cards, “buy one, get one free”, or received as gifts. However, if you received the product as a gift from another person who purchased the item online directly from titanbyte-techno.co.za, you can ask the person who gave you the product if they have proof of purchase that you can include with your return.
  • A return claim under the Satisfaction Guarantee may be made only once per product model per person.
  • The Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to consumer customers and does not apply to wholesalers or resellers.
  • Titanbyte is not responsible for lost or delayed return claims, or claims that are incomplete or incorrectly filled in.
  • The return package must be sealed carefully and securely to prevent damage or loss during shipping.
  • Only the product purchase price, excluding delivery or shipping costs and discounts, will be refunded.

How to Return a Titanbyte Product Under the Satisfaction Guarantee

  1. Contact our customer service department at tmogale895@gmail.com.
  2. Ensure you have the following information available. If information is missing or incorrect, we may not be able to process your return. After submitting the information to our customer service department, you will receive further return instructions by email:
    • Full Name
    • Contact number
    • Email Address
    • Address
    • Proof of purchase
    • Image of product
    • Product Detail
    • Reason for return
  3. Attach the above information and pack the product appropriately, including the original purchase receipt. Seal the package carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
  4. Send the package according to the instructions received by email to the address provided by our customer service department.

Shipping costs to return the product to Titanbyte Technologies are paid by the sender and are non-refundable. The Satisfaction Guarantee is valid and the purchase price will be refunded to the provided bank account only if all return conditions are met. The refund will be made within four weeks of sending the package. Any discounts applied at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.

Titanbyte Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect damages, including damage resulting from tools being damaged or unusable, lost sales or income, delays, or Titanbyte’s inability to fulfill its obligations under the terms of the Satisfaction Guarantee.
